Shipping During Launch and Promotional Periods

Regular same-day despatch may not be available due to expected influx in order numbers. Please be aware that despatch can take up to 10 business days during these times. Selecting Express Post at checkout means your parcel will be despatched with Australia Post's Express Post service and will speed up your parcel's transit time, but will not affect warehouse handling and despatch times.

Gift With Purchase

From time to time we run gift with purchase promotions. The threshold must be met AFTER discount codes have been applied and before shipping is paid. We reserve the right to remove the gift from your order if you have applied a discount that moves your order under the threshold stated - the system should do this but can sometimes lag at checkout, however it will be removed by the time it hits our system. Strictly one gift type per person per promotional period. We reserve the right to remove the gift from multiple orders or if the order has dropped below the specified spend threshold in AUD.
